경주 대릉원 최대 고분이자 부부총(夫婦塚)인 황남대총을 배경으로 금은채색의 나라 신라의 풍경이 꿈결 같은 빛으로 수놓인다.
동양철학에 기반하여 음양(陰陽)이 모여 건곤(乾坤)이 되고, 이들의 순환이 역사의 흐름을 일으켜 신라의 황금문명을 재건하는 스토리텔링의 본 콘텐츠는 ‘마립간’이라는 신화적 존재를 별자리에 비유하여 지금 이 시대의 관점에서 매력적인 비주얼로 신라 문화를 재조명·재해석하는 것을 목적으로 삼는다.

The main media façade of the 2025 National Heritage Media Art at Gyeongju Daereungwon, a storytelling-style reinterpretation of Silla’s history and culture.
Using Hwangnam Daechong, the largest tomb in Gyeongju Daereungwon and the double burial mound of a royal couple, as its backdrop, the golden and silver-hued landscapes of Silla are embroidered in dreamlike light.
Grounded in Eastern philosophy, where Yin and Yang converge to form Heaven and Earth (Geon-gon), and their circulation sets history in motion, this storytelling-driven content reconstructs the golden civilization of Silla. By likening the mythic figure of the Maripgan to a constellation, the work aims to re-highlight and reinterpret Silla’s culture with visually captivating expressions from the perspective of our times.
